| 03/12/2009 | Gallery - Railroad signal repairs (TCH) | Richland, WA -- With increased winds throughout the Columbia Basin, workers from the Tri-City Railroad Co. in Richland repair a damaged crossing arm on Steptoe Street. Recent gusty winds apparently caused the damage.
