EnerTeck Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: ETCK) (the "Company") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, EnerTeck Chemical Corp. ("ECC"), has entered into an Exclusive Sales and Marketing Agreement with Tri-City & Olympia Railroad Company ("TCRY"). TCRY is an independent, regional shorthaul and shortline railroad that provides rail transportation, industrial switching and transloading services between Western and Eastern Washington State. Transloading services are the loading or unloading of ships, barges, railroads and trucks from or onto TCRY's railroad cars. In such capacity, TCRY has daily interchanges with the Union Pacific Railroad and the Burlington Northern Railway. In addition, TCRY provides dry, refrigeration and frozen storage facilities and railroad cars.
